Founder & Creative DirectorLukas founded Maison Voyage out of a long-standing love for hospitality and the cultures around it. With a background in the music industry, where he spent years working at the intersection of brands and culture, he brings a sharp instinct for what moves people and how to translate it into spaces, images, and stories. At Maison Voyage, Lukas leads creative direction, concept development, and photography. He loves travel that pushes into the wild, places that ask something of you.
Isabel Notstain
Hospitality & Project DirectorIsabel brings deep operational hospitality expertise to every Maison Voyage project. She developed and opened LILLØY LINDENBERG, a boutique hotel on a private island in Norway, featured in Condé Nast Traveller, Architectural Digest, Vogue, and Harper's Bazaar - leading everything from concept and guest journey to F&B and team building. Isabel knows what makes a hotel actually work and how to build one from the ground up.
Denis Klug
Strategy & Collaborations LeadDenis develops and activates spaces into relevant destinations. With a background in Real Estate Development and strategic planning, he brings structure to the early stages of a project, and an eye for the partnerships that turn a hotel into a place worth returning to. At Maison Voyage, he leads on strategy, brand positioning, and cultural collaborations. He loves cooking, one of a kind travels and the discipline of good work.
